Luke Neville’s career has covered many areas of the music industry. He spent eight years as Director of A&R at Universal Records UK, working with the influential dance label Manifesto, while maintaining a very successful career as a DJ, which included an Essential Mix for Radio 1’s Pete Tong and playing clubs all over the world, including Space Ibiza, Cocoon Germany and Le Queen Paris. He’s also served as Executive Producer of the acclaimed Cafe Del Mar series of albums.

Luke now runs the London-based Listen Up, the world’s leading EDM promotions company specializing in radio, club print and online promotion (both in the UK and worldwide) for a diverse range of clients including Tiesto, Avicii, Deadmau5, David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Martin Garrix, Nero and recent multi-Grammy winner Skrillex. They also work with some of the worlds leading festival brands and Clubs including Global Gathering, EDC, Ushuaia Ibiza plus many more. Listen Up work direct with all the leading labels including Virgin, Ministry of Sound, Ultra, Universal, Warners and Sony. They also have great working relationships with all the leading management teams.

With 20+ years of experience as a radio producer, broadcaster and DJ for BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2 and the Kiss and Galaxy Networks, NoiseHouse UK founder Daniel created The NoiseHouse to cater to the shift towards multi platform “on demand” radio, available online and via mobile.


Nick joined the company in 2013 to run the syndication and in two years has built the largest syndication department in the industry. Having such a large department has attracted lots of new clients and this is part of the reason why the company have such an exciting and diverse line up today. The NoiseHouse now supply shows to over 200 radio stations and are also responsible for providing inflight content for a number of airlines.

As the syndication grew, Nick’s role within the company grew as he has been vital for ensuring that the radio shows were delivered to global outlets each and every week. Having such a strong command of artists, producers and radio stations has naturally led Nick to be a core part of the company today. Nick now controls the day to day running of The NoiseHouse.



Nathan joined The NoiseHouse from a background of Radio and Dance Music, having vast radio production experience and being a resident DJ in some of South London’s best loved music venues.

He worked within underground radio developing Reprezent Radio, taking it from a community station to an established FM station. He also gained extensive outside broadcast experience working with Bestival Radio on site.

Then working for Ministry of Sound, he headed up a production team that delivered radio shows globally, broadcasted live acts from inside the club and developed in-house brands and talent.

With over ten years as resident DJ for Cream Ibiza and having produced several records signed to the biggest dance labels in the world, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the NoiseHouse Production Team.


Having graduated with First Class Honours in Music Production from The University of Hull, Ben has spent time as a resident DJ in various night clubs in both London and Leeds, most significantly supporting Koan Sound and Andy C at The Warehouse, Leeds. This background has lead Ben to have an exceptional understanding of different electronic music genres, having produced a number of tracks for his own sets. With mixing coming so naturally to Ben, he soon added radio show production to his skill set and has quickly become one of the team’s finest producers.
Ben also contributes towards a number of successful syndication campaigns.





Frank Miller is a natural connector, with an extraordinary ability to bring together people and resources; ideas and initiatives. His network is as expansive as it is diverse, generally placing Frank no more than one degree of separation from heavyweights and luminaries in the worlds of politics, finance, entertainment, nightlife, sports and fashion. Frank’s start in business came as an owner of a Midtown Manhattan restaurant. Before long, his business thrived, and soon Frank was catering to media companies, major record labels, TV shows, and Broadway, all of which enabled Frank to continue expanding his network.

Frank parlayed these connections into producing innovative events for brands and performing artists, at some of the more captivating night life venues in NYC and eventually across the world. These events include record label launch parties, red carpet New York Fashion Week events, charity fundraisers in The Hamptons, premieres at Sundance Film Festival, and exclusive EDM parties throughout the Americas.

Frank is a co-founder of Launch Media, where he was instrumental in introducing many new clients to the concept of customized mobile app technology; including the 2008 New York Barack Obama Presidential Campaign, NYC’s largest apartment realtor, several Broadway productions and numerous boutique hotels, restaurants and club lounges.

Launch Media eventually evolved into the lifestyle brand agency, Launch Strategic, at which Frank is a partner. At Launch Strategic, Frank provides strategic and creative thought leadership and leverages his extensive network of influencers, tastemakers and opinion leaders to identify and develop new business opportunities. Launch Strategic resources will be used to support NoiseHouse marketing and promotional objectives.

Frank studied Communications and Sports Nutrition at The University of Connecticut where he also played Division I Baseball.

JJ Coleman is an experienced brand strategist and marketing executive with more than 15 years of experience spanning multiple industries. JJ‘s resume includes such corporate stalwarts as American Express, AT&T, McGraw-Hill, Young and Rubicam Advertising and the New York Times. JJ’s high caliber experience has enabled him to become a specialist in brand strategy, creative development and marketing program management.

JJ eventually left the corporate world to focus on the rapidly expanding field of social technology marketing. He co- founded Launch Media, where he developed mobile marketing programs for a variety of clients including the Barack Obama New York Presidential Campaign Committee, NYC’s leading apartment realtor, several Broadway theatrical productions and numerous NYC boutique hotels, restaurants and club lounges.

Launch Media eventually evolved into the lifestyle brand agency, Launch Strategic, at which JJ is a partner. At Launch Strategic develops PR and social media marketing strategies and tactical plans for brand clients and oversees creative development efforts. These resources will be used to support NoiseHouse artist and content marketing & promotional efforts.

JJ has an MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business and has taught marketing strategy courses as an Adjunct Professor at Pace University

Jeffrey Reisner was a Partner/Associate Director at Group M, the world’s number one media investment management operation and largest advertising media company in terms of billings. Group M is the parent company of WPP’s media agencies including Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, Mindshare, QUISMA, Xaxis, Outrider, Kinetic, Quasar and IEG and handles over 32% of the world’s media billings.

At Group M, Jeffrey was team leader for a project management team that conducted analysis of over $1 billion in annual media expenditures and he managed an international resource pool of 10 Directors and 25 analysts across 3 continents. Jeff also worked with IEG, one of the world’s leading sponsorship management companies.

Jeffrey’s proficiencies are grounded in the practical application of technologies and infrastructure to accomplish efficiencies through the development of work break down structures, hierarchical restructures and operational systems complimented by hardware and software implementations.

Jeffrey is highly skilled in recognizing opportunities for development through root cause analysis and assessing complex situations, determining the needs to satisfy a demand and then executing against technical objectives realizing institutional goals.

Jeffrey provides analytical support to Noisehouse where he directs efforts to utilize digital metrics to analyze site traffic, listener demographics content engagement and sponsorship ROI.



Evan Schwartz is the CEO and founder of ActionX, the leading mobile app and cross-screen retargeting platform. Prior to founding ActionX, Evan was the CEO and co-founder of Thumbplay where he acquired more than 5 million mobile customers for the mobile entertainment service and sold the business to Clear Channel in 2011. Evan was SVP of Online for Columbia House and part of the start-up team at the pioneering ecommerce site CDnow (sold to Bertelsmann). Evan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
